• Order Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and packed with care.  

• Processing time: 2–3 business days for in-stock items 

• Customized bath salt orders: 3–5 business days  

You’ll receive a confirmation email + tracking number once your order ships.  

_Note: We don’t ship on Sundays or public holidays in Pakistan._

• Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track under `Account > Orders` on our website.

• Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or courier backlogs. During sale periods or Eid, please allow 2–3 extra days for processing.

▪︎  Lost or Damaged Packages

• Damaged on arrival: Take photos of the box + product and email us within 48 hours at naturescalmspa@gmail.com we’ll change it.  

• Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we’ll file a claim with the courier.

• Address Changes

We can only change your shipping address if the order hasn’t been dispatched. Email us ASAP with your order number.

• Multiple Shipments

If your order contains pre-order or bulk items, they may ship separately. You’ll get tracking for each.
