Fill your bathtub with warm water Add 1–11/cup of Milk Bath Soak and stir gently Watch the water turn beautifully creamy and milky Soak for 20–30 minutes and let the milk proteins work into your skin Rinse off and pat dry — skin will feel incredibly soft and nourished

Foot Soak:
Fill a basin or bucket with warm water Add 1–2 tablespoons of Milk Bath Soak Soak feet for 15–20 minutes to soften cracked heels and rough skin Gently scrub and rinse — feet will feel baby soft
